Meeting Spaces
The Hazen Memorial Library has two meeting spaces available for request.
Our Large Meeting Room is a large space that can accommodate up to 60 persons. The space has been used for demonstrations, art showings, children's shows, and as a general gathering area. The room is handicap accessible and is nearby to bathrooms for your convenience.
A Quiet Study Room is available for small group study, tutors and students, and quiet study for up to 8 people.
You and your organization are welcome to use the Hazen Memorial Library Meeting Room. It is available for use by non-profit groups and organizations during regular Library hours. Use of the space must be requested by filling out the request form (below). All meetings must be free to the public and meet all guidelines for availability and conditions for its use as set by the Board of Trustees.
The room is made available on an equitable basis regardless of the beliefs or affiliations of individuals or groups requesting its use. Permission to meet at the Library does not in any way constitute or imply endorsement of the users' policies, beliefs, or programs by the Library staff or the Board of Trustees.
Please review our Meeting Room Policy and our Library Rules before signing up to use a Meeting Space.
You can apply to use the space by printing out and completing the Meeting Room Request Form.
