Museum Passes
Funded by the Friends of the Hazen Memorial Library, our Museum Pass Program offers you the opportunity to reserve discounted passes to local area destinations.
Friends membership dues provide the major funding for these passes, which totals over $3,000.00 this year!
Member forms are available in the lobby. You can also open and print the form: Click here to open member form. Print it out, then either mail it to PO Box 653, Shirley, MA 01464, or drop it off at the library.
Thank you for all your support of the Friends and the help they give to sponsor programs, performers, furniture, and other library needs.
